Event Details
Location: Wentworth Club, Virginia Water, Surrey
Event Dates: 15th–20th September 2026 (Full availability required)
Shift Length: Typically 8–10 hours
Selection Process: Short video interview required before booking
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour + holiday pay

We're recruiting an enthusiastic team of Bar Staff to deliver exceptional service at the BMW PGA Championship, the flagship event of the DP World Tour held at the prestigious Wentworth Club.
From premium hospitality areas to lively public bars, you'll help create an outstanding experience for thousands of guests attending one of the UK's biggest sporting events.

The Role
As a member of the bar team, you'll provide efficient drinks service while helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests throughout the championship.

Working across busy bars and hospitality areas, you'll play an important role in ensuring service remains smooth, professional, and efficient during peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
- Assist with restocking and general bar duties.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation throughout the event.

About You
We're looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy working in fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Have a positive attitude and are eager to learn.
- Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Feel confident interacting with customers.
- Previous bar or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
High-performing team members may be prioritised for future opportunities at major sporting events, festivals, and venues across the Freemans Event Partners event calendar.
