About The Role
Freemans Event Partners are recruiting enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team for Car Fest 2026 at Silverstone — one of our biggest events of the summer! You'll be working across a range of bars serving festival-goers over three action-packed days, with the buzz and energy of a major event and a brilliant team around you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with bar experience looking to earn great money over a fun, fast-paced weekend.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serving drinks efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
- Working as part of a team to keep the bar running smoothly during busy periods.
- Handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar area.
- Following all licensing and health & safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience is essential.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality across all shifts.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy festival environment.

What We Offer
- £13.00 per hour + holiday pay.
- Coach travel available from Gloucester (departing 5pm Thursday 27th August, returning Bank Holiday Monday 31st August).
- On-site parking if you'd prefer to make your own way.
- On-site camping for the duration of the event.
- Staff feeding provided in the campsite.
