About Us

The Teller’s Arms is the vibrant new addition to Farnham’s Castle Street and the Young’s family. Housed in a stunning building that historically traded as a bank (hence the name), we have opened our doors as a pub for the first time in its 100+ year history. Transformed into a glorious premium pub, we feature 9 boutique bedrooms, bookable semi-private spaces, and a superb rooftop terrace.

Teller's Arms

We strive to be the "go-to" place in Farnham—whether guests are dropping in for a quick pint, a family lunch, a Sunday roast, or dinner with friends. We serve up fresh food, amazing ales, an extensive wine list, and a cracking environment.

The Role

As a Bar Team Member at The Teller’s Arms, you will be the face of our pub. You’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, pull the perfect pint, shake up drinks, and assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Whether you're serving drinks on our stunning rooftop terrace or looking after guests in our main bar area, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
