We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Sixways Stadium for the 2026/2027 Worcester Warriors season.

Be part of the matchday atmosphere as Worcester Warriors return to Sixways, serving thousands of supporters throughout the season. Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to gain valuable hospitality experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

With flexible shifts and opportunities to work at other major sporting events, festivals, and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year.

The Role

You'll work within busy bars across Sixways Stadium, delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding matchday experience for Worcester Warriors supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Operate tills and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
  • Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout each matchday.

About You

We're looking for people who:

  • Are aged 18 or over.
  • Have previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments.
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Can work evenings, weekends, and matchdays throughout the season.
