🍺 BAR STAFF – AD HOC SHIFTS

Newstaff MK Hospitality Team is looking for reliable, hardworking and well-presented Bar Staff to join our team for ad hoc shifts, Monday to Sunday.

💷 PAY £12.71 per hour

⏰ SHIFT TIMES Ad hoc shifts available Monday to Sunday Shift times to vary depending on the event

We are looking for people who genuinely want to work and are able to accept flexible shifts when offered.

🍻 THE ROLE

You will be working in hospitality environments serving members of the general public. Your duties may include:

  • Serving beers, wines and other alcoholic drinks
  • Serving soft drinks
  • Serving customers from behind the bar
  • Providing table service
  • Taking customer orders
  • Maintaining excellent customer service at all times
  • Keeping the bar and service areas clean and tidy
  • Creating a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for customers

⭐ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need people who:

  • Are 18 years of age or over
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Are friendly, polite and confident when dealing with the public
  • Are very well presented at all times
  • Have a positive attitude and are willing to work
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Can work well as part of a team
  • Understand the importance of maintaining a professional appearance and high standards of service
  • Are available to work ad hoc shifts across Monday to Sunday

Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage, but the most important things are the right attitude, reliability, presentation and excellent customer service.

👔 UNIFORM

You must have:

  • Black trousers
  • Long-sleeve white shirt
  • All-black shoes or trainers
  • Black or navy jacket/jumper if required
  • No visible logos on jackets or jumpers
