Location: Hyde Park Barracks, Knightsbridge, London, SW7 1SE

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 8 hours per week, Mon - Sat

Shift times: Evening shift, 1900 - 2300

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bar Steward to join our team at Hyde Park Barracks. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of the social experience for military personnel and guests, serving drinks, maintaining high standards of service, and helping to create a professional yet inviting environment.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll enjoy a fast-paced hospitality setting where no two days are the same. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting new people, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What you'll do:

  • Opening and closing bar.
  • Making drinks and pouring beers.
  • Operating till and taking payment.
  • Re-stocking bar supplies.
  • Following bar cleaning schedule.
  • Managing stock wastage.

What we’re looking for:

  • Been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Must be over 18.
  • Bar experience.
  • Basic beverage knowledge.
  • Reliable.
  • Able to work on your own.
  • Can pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
