Bar Supervisor Location: London, SW11 8BZ Pay: £15.71/hour Hours: Permanent, 40 hours/week Shift pattern: 5-day over 7-week rota (7am–5pm, including weekly evening/night events)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coffee excellence: Prepare specialty barista beverages (perfect for showcasing or developing latte art)...
  • Customer-facing drinks: Serve premium alcohol (spirits, cocktails, wine) during events.
  • Team management:
    • Train and develop reporting bar assistants.
    • Manage 2 direct reports with clear leadership and direction.
  • VIP customer service: Deliver exceptional service to high-value patrons.
  • Event support:
    • Assist the Event Manager in executing day-to-day services for select clients.
    • Lead high-profile evening events (concerts, premiers, screenings).
  • Food & operations: Deliver food products to clients as needed.
  • Business contribution: Collaborate on service development and communicate expansion opportunities to management.
  • Safety & compliance: Ensure all stock, utensils, and equipment are clean and meet health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the UK (minimum 5 years residency required).
  • Passion for hospitality & food service—customer experience is paramount.
  • Advanced English proficiency: Essential for customer communication and team coordination.
