The Opportunity

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service? At Perle Hotels, our restaurants celebrate the best of Scotland's larder, and we're seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead our The Snug team.

You'll be the heartbeat of the dining experience: supporting the daily operation, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys warm, seamless, and memorable service. If you thrive in a busy restaurant environment and enjoy leading by example, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the bar team through each shift, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-energy service.
  • Craft and serve premium cocktails and drinks to Perle Hotels' exacting standards.

  • Collaborate on developing and updating cocktail menus, celebrating local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences, warm, professional, and full of personality.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and cellar management to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure the bar is always immaculate, well-stocked, and compliant with licensing and health & safety standards.
  • Work closely with the restaurant and wider F&B team to deliver seamless service across departments.
  • Act as the bar lead in the absence of the F&B Manager, handling any operational issues confidently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
