Bar Supervisor - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection
For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Bar Supervisor who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the daily success of a vibrant bar operation.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Lead by example on the floor, inspiring the team to deliver personalized and attentive service.
- Build genuine guest relationships and confidently respond to guest needs and feedback.
- Ensure luxury service standards are consistently delivered and every guest interaction reflects the values of the Colbert Collection.
- Support the Bar Manager with team supervision, shift coordination and operational priorities.
- Assist with training and developing team members, helping to build product knowledge and service confidence.
- Monitor stock levels, bar presentation and service flow to maintain operational excellence.
- Work closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations at all times.

How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, Head Bartender or similar role within a luxury hotel, premium bar or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverage service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
