Core tasks
- Leading daily bar operations and supporting the team during service
- Preparing staff schedules and ensuring sufficient shift coverage
- Finding replacements in case of absences or stepping in to fill shifts
- Ensuring product quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Managing stock levels, inventory checks, and supply orders
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Communicating with other departments to coordinate morning operations
- Reporting technical issues or irregularities to the Head of F&B

Required competences
- Hosting mindset and a passion for drinks, bar-atmosphere, events and great service
- Reliability and hands-on mentality
- Awareness of legal responsibilities and alcohol safety
- Clear and open communication
- Flexibility and ability to handle dynamic evening operations
- Good time and resource management skills
- Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations
- Excellent English communication skills (other languages are an advantage)
