Introduction to the site and role
The Pig and Butcher is a critically acclaimed pub and restaurant. We serve a wide selection of British and European beers as well as an extensive wine list sourced from family run vineyards. Our menu specialising in rustic, country style cooking. Working closely with the best farms in the UK we receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and butcher our meat on site.
We are now looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / Head Bartender to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant. We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support.

About you:
- Have experience as a Bar Supervisor / Head Bartender in a similar establishment
- Speak Fluent English
- Have a passion for food & drink
- Have a positive and friendly attitude, with the willingness to work collaboratively in a team
- Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Enjoy the challenges of a busy restaurant
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be willing to work hard and adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
- Know how to make cocktails (advantageous but not essential)
- Have Michelin experience (advantageous but not essential)
