Located in the heart of Mayfair, LPM London is known for exceptional service, elegant surroundings, and an energetic bar scene that complements our award-winning dining experience.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
About The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation are consistently delivered. You will lead by example on the floor, inspire the team, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the bar team during service
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
- Maintain consistency in drink preparation and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Support training and development of bar team members
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and company standards
- Drive a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
About You
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a premium or high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Right to work in the UK
