Are you passionate about delivering exceptional beverage experiences and leading a high-performing team in a luxury environment? 🌟

As a Bar Supervisor onboard Silversea, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a refined, personalized, genuine, and consistent bar experience across our luxury fleet. Working alongside the Beverage leadership team, you will oversee daily bar operations, support and develop team members, and help create unforgettable moments for our guests. πŸ₯‚πŸŒ

In this exciting role, you'll:

  • Lead and support bar team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations and service execution 🍸
  • Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation ✨
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and operational readiness πŸ“‹
  • Drive beverage sales through expert product knowledge and guest engagement 🍷πŸ₯ƒ
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential 🌟
  • Uphold Silversea's luxury service standards and public health requirements πŸ†
