The Company:

For 13 years we have been offering our famous EAT.DRINK.PLAY experience with unrivalled street food, bars, shops and entertainment all under one roof. Where else could you eat Greek gyros and catch a Harry Styles party all in one place? Or play crazy golf, eat a Bao and watch Stormzy perform? No where!

In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool and Camden.

The role:

We require an ambitious bar supervisor, hungry to grow with us. Working within an experienced team, our aim is to develop you into a bar manager ready for our future sites.

Reporting to the Bar Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in shift management of the bar teams
  • Promoting exceptional standards of customer service
  • Creating a positive image and environment and enhancing all working relationships
  • Adhering to health and safety systems
  • Driving team engagement and reward & recognition
  • Assisting with stocktaking processes
  • Open and close duties of all the bar areas
  • Team training and development
