Bar Team - Surya Hotels
Part Time, Full Time, Seasonal, Casual
Up to £12.75 / Hour
Description
This is a great opportunity to take the first steps in your hospitality career and work as part of the Bar Team within Tom Peppers Loft and Cellar Bar, part of Surya Hotels, reporting to and working with the site's management team to maximize guest experience. To be a successful part of our Bar Team you will need:
- A positive, can-do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues
- Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar-related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails, and the “perfect serve” to each customer
- Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast-paced environment

This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/club work—you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts.

In Return We Ask For
- Give great service to guests—taking guests' orders, serving drinks, taking payments, and giving great service to customers
- Meet all site standards of service and work within the team leading to a great guest experience
- Have/develop a good understanding of serving coffees, alcohol, and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment
- Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro-rata basis
- A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions
