Bartender at Country House Weddings

What You’ll Do
As a Bartender with Country House Weddings, you’ll be an essential part of each couple’s special day, serving guests at weddings, receptions, and celebrations. Often, your beautifully crafted welcome drinks are the very first impression guests have of the venue—a chance to set the tone and truly impress. You’ll play a key role in making each event unforgettable with your attention to detail and your ability to create an enjoyable bar experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standards, with a flair for creative presentation.
- Welcome Drinks: Create and serve elegant welcome drinks as guests arrive, adding a touch of sophistication and warmth.
- Guest Engagement: Provide attentive and friendly service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.
- Efficient Service: Work in coordination with the event team to ensure timely and seamless service throughout events.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, restock as necessary, and ensure the bar is well-prepared for each shift.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Stay informed about our drink offerings and follow licensing laws to ensure responsible service.

- Customer Service Focused: You genuinely enjoy interacting with guests and making their experience special.
- Mixology Skills: Previous bartending experience with a solid understanding of cocktails and drink preparation.
- Organized & Efficient: You can manage busy periods gracefully, ensuring quick, quality service.
- Team Player: You work well with others, contributing positively to the event and bar team.
