Emberwood Bartender
Salary: £13.22 per hour + Tronc (Approx 3-4k per annum based on 40 hours a week)
Full Time: 40 hours – Evenings and Weekends

Who Are We Looking For?
An Emberwood bartender will be passionate about all drinks, as well as warm hospitality with an attentiveness towards guests. They should also have good knowledge of service and food, to be a rounded individual so as to provide an exquisite experience for the guest. They should be able to work well within a team, supporting the bar team in being able to effectively deliver consistent and delicious drinks, and willing to support in extra duties within and outside their remit all in the aim to exceed expectations and provide support to fellow team members.

They should have at least 1 year of full-time experience in a comparable position and environment. It is essential they are passionate and knowledgeable about bars and cocktails and willing to share their ability to be a part of a thriving dynamic team, which will deliver the highest bar experience through confident service.
What Are The Key Responsibilities?
- Guest Interaction and Repeat Business built on trust and experiences.
- Service Standards of the highest quality in relation to our offering.
- Delivering the bar programme to the highest standard with consistency, reinforce the bar's brand and drinks offering through great knowledge.
- Support the Bar team with the maintaining presentation and service standards.
- Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staff and guests receive warmth and generosity.
- Assist the bar manager and head bartender in the good management of stock and health and safety standards.
- Bring character and personality in the performance of service on the bar.
- Engage with guests and host the bar floor and lounge delivering fantastic bar service offering personalised and creative suggestions to guests.
- Responsible for the safe delivery of food and drink, the correct conduct in relation to allergies and dietary requirements.
