Job Description
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll create magical moments for customers every day—whether pouring a perfect pint or recommending the ideal drink to soothe a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team focused on growth, skill development, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Deliver heartfelt, memorable service—ensuring every visit feels special.
- Act as the customer’s insider at the bar, offering tailored advice and recommendations.
- Prepare and serve drinks to exact specifications, upholding quality and standards.
- Assist with greets, dining service, and customer care, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
