About the Role
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be instrumental in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Whether you’re pouring a perfectly balanced pint or recommending the ideal drink to a guest after a long day, your role is to keep the great times flowing.

Key Responsibilities
- Create memorable customer experiences—warm, welcoming, and tailored to individual needs.
- Provide expert bar knowledge—offering thoughtful drink recommendations.
- Execute drinks preparation—ensuring every pour meets quality and customer expectations.
- Comprehensive customer service—assisting with greetings, table allocation, food service, and smooth dining experiences.
- Safety, compliance, and hygiene—maintaining a clean, legal, and safe bar environment, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
