Job Description: Bar & Waiting Staff
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers—whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink. You’ll keep the good times flowing and join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Your Role (What you will do)
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering tailored drink recommendations
- Ensure drinks are prepared and presented to specifications and customer expectations
- Assist in greeting customers, serving food, and delivering great service during mealtimes
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar—reporting any issues promptly
