The Italian Greyhound is a dynamic and beautifully designed venue in the heart of Marylebone, offering team members the chance to work across a variety of unique spaces.

Every day is exciting as a Barback. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Stock fridges, rotate supplies, connect beer lines, and ensure drinks flow smoothly.
- Prepare drink accompaniments and support smooth service flow.
- Support the team with flexibility and teamwork whenever needed.
- Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless.
