Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Barback

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
- Stock rotation.
- To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
- Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience.
- To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift.
