About the Role
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Barback to join the pre-opening team for an anticipated luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for dedicated hospitality professionals to become part of the founding team, helping to shape the guest experience within this landmark five-star establishment.

Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch offers:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants:
- Coreus by Clare Smyth
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs)
- A world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and grand event spaces (including a ballroom for up to 320 guests)

Role Responsibilities
Barbacks play a critical role in supporting the bar team under the guidance of the Manager/Director of Operations to ensure:
- Seamless pre-opening and restaurant operations
- Excellent guest service and on-the-job support during busy service hours
- Preparation and delivery of drinks menus with attention to detail
- Contribution to the luxury guest experience by upholding Hilton’s elevated service standards
