Barber — Cult Barbers
Cult Barbers | Coventry
We’re looking for a barber who wants more than just a chair.
Cult Barbers is growing, and we’re looking for someone ambitious, driven and serious about building a career in barbering.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to turn up, cut hair and go home. We want someone who wants to get better, build a strong clientele, earn more and become part of something bigger.
What we’re looking for
- Strong barbering ability and a genuine passion for the craft
- Ambition to progress and increase your earning potential
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
- Someone proactive who takes responsibility for building their own clientele
- Professionalism, reliability and high personal standards
- Someone who contributes to the culture and standards of the shop
- A long-term mindset — we’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just rent a chair

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
