Responsibilities

  • Structure and deliver bespoke FX solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
  • Partner with FX Sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Develop hedging and investment strategies using FX options, forwards, swaps, and structured products.
  • Analyse client exposures and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
  • Present market views, product ideas, and trade recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to facilitate transaction execution.
  • Assist in the development of new products and strategic initiatives across the FX business.
  • Monitor market developments and communicate relevant themes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through solution-led client engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience within FX Structuring gained at an investment bank or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of FX derivatives including options, forwards, swaps, and structured solutions.
  • Experience covering corporate and/or institutional clients.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex derivative concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Sales and Trading teams in a front-office environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
