OUR HOTEL

Bute & Co Coffee shop is an independent venture by the Hotel which is due to re-open this Autumn. Bute & Co will have a hint of Hotel Indigo’s quirky vibe, whilst operating with a green, eco-friendly ethos, to create a new coffee shop experience. We will provide food and beverage offerings to compliment the stunning location, unique and authentic design whilst positioned in a convenient spot for hotel guests, shoppers and local offices.

What We Are Looking For...
We are looking to recruit passionate Baristas to join the Hotel Indigo Neighbourhood in our Coffee shop, Bute & Co. Coffee Shop hours of business will be 6am - 5.30pm. Expected hours 10 - 20 hours per week. Availability to work within opening hours, including weekends and event days
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Excellent customer service skills is essential. Putting smiles on faces come rain or shine
- A love for coffee
- A drive to give back to the community and being green with our eco-friendly ethos
- A desire to be creative and Inspire people
What You'll Be Doing...
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
- Take & process food & drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from Barista drinks to Alcoholic Beverages.
- Clean tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised cafe space.
- Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace
- Opening or Closing the Coffee Shop.
- Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
