Be our Barista, but most importantly, be you! At Homewood, great coffee matters. We’re a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath with a relaxed, playful approach to luxury and we’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.
You’ll be someone who knows their flat white from their cappuccino, enjoys working at pace and takes real pride in making a great cup of coffee.
What you’ll be doing
- Making consistently great coffees throughout the day
- Setting up and looking after the coffee station
- Preparing espresso-based drinks, teas and other hot drinks
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and ready for busy services
- Working closely with the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams
- Chatting with guests and making them feel genuinely welcome
- Keeping an eye on stock and making sure everything you need is ready
- Helping maintain our service and presentation standards

What we’re looking for
- Previous Barista experience
- Experience working in a coffee shop, café or similarly busy environment
- Confidence using a professional espresso machine
- Good coffee knowledge and an eye for presentation
- The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
- A friendly personality and genuine enjoyment of guest service
- Experience in a high-volume coffee environment would be particularly welcome.

The details
- £13 per hour plus tronc
- 40 hours per week
- Across 5 days
