Job Description

Salary: £14 per hour plus service charge

Location: Sir Devonshire Hotel, City of London

Working Hours: Around 40 hours per week, typically across 5 shifts between Monday and Sunday. Flexibility required

Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.

We’re now looking for a Barista who has a passion for the craft of coffee and breakfast service generally, shines in guest interactions and takes real pride in offering a top notch guest experience.

Your Role as Barista

  • Serve each drink with care, confidence - and a little flair
  • Support fellow F&B team members during busy breakfast services and keep the coffee station running like clockwork
  • Keep the space clean, stocked, and looking sharp at all times
  • Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming way, creating a great atmosphere

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a barista in a quality-focused coffee shop
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • A real passion for coffee, service and making guests feel at home
  • A team player mindset – supportive, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
