We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our Ralph’s Coffee team at Bicester Village.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and, most importantly, knows how to lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional experience every day.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the barista team to deliver a warm, welcoming and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure every drink is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
- Have the coffee knowledge, confidence and service skills.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational standards.
- Keep the café organised, replenished and customer-ready throughout the day.
- The ability to work during busy periods and service standards are maintained.
- Create a positive, reliable and collaborative team environment, working closely with the wider store team.

Qualifications
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage quality.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, presentation and attentive service.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, reliable and team-focused approach.
