About The Venue
22 Bishopsgate, one of London's most iconic workplace locations in the heart of the City, features The Market as its central food and beverage hub spanning 20,000 square feet on the second floor.
Operated exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Market brings together artisanal coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, diverse culinary options including the Market Kitchen brasserie and rotating food stalls, and vibrant bars like On Tap wine bar.
Role Purpose
Join our vibrant Coffee Team at 22 Bishopsgate, bringing your passion for great coffee and exceptional customer service to one of London's most prestigious workplaces. This is a fantastic Monday to Friday opportunity, offering an excellent work-life balance while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and refreshments to guests and customers
- Delivering friendly, professional, and engaging customer service with every interaction
- Building rapport with regular customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within the coffee bar area
- Supporting the wider team to deliver a smooth and efficient service throughout the day
- Taking pride in product quality, ensuring every drink is prepared to the highest standard
What We Are Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally within a barista, café, coffee shop
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality beverages
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work efficiently and remain organised in a fast-paced setting
- A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others

This casual contract offering expected hours of 30hrs per week, Monday to Friday role at 22 Bishopsgate pays up to £14.80 per hour and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional and rewarding environment.
