About The Venue
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 5000 people.

What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high quality barista made coffees, drinks, and light food items
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy café bar environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the workspace
- Supporting the team during peak service times to ensure smooth operations
What We Are Looking For
- Hospitality experience is essential with previous barista or food retail experience
- Confident working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Friendly and polished with strong customer service skills
- A positive team player with great attention to detail
Good to know
This is a casual Barista role based at the Royal Albert Hall, offering flexibility within a vibrant and iconic setting. The role pays up to £14.80 per hour and includes excellent benefits such as 40 percent off food and beverage across our restaurants and venues, meals on duty, and ongoing training and development opportunities, along with access to employee recognition programmes, a cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, and a 24/7 employee assistance programme.
