TRIA Café in Fitzgerald’s Park—an exciting new café bringing expertly brewed coffee, seasonal food, and a fresh energy to one of Cork’s most iconic green spaces.
We’re looking for skilled Baristas who are passionate about coffee and love delivering top-quality drinks with speed, precision, and a smile. You’ll work on top-of-the-line equipment, serving everything from flat whites to cold brew, all with a focus on quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty drinks
- Maintain a clean and well-organised coffee station
- Engage with customers and offer warm, friendly service
- Monitor stock and contribute to daily setup and closing duties
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service smooth
Requirements
- Previous barista experience in a busy setting
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Great attitude, fast hands, and excellent communication
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
