Location: The Belfry, Birmingham

Contract: Casual, Event-Based

Pay: £14 per hour

Dates: 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th August 2026

Shift Times: 7am–4pm OR 8am–6pm


Join the Team for the British Masters at The Belfry

We’re recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at The Belfry, Birmingham for the British Masters this August.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work five consecutive days at one of the UK’s leading golf events, serving great coffee and delivering excellent customer service in a busy event environment.

Please note: You must be available to work all five event days and previous Barista experience is essential.

Event Dates

  • Wednesday 26th August 2026
  • Thursday 27th August 2026
  • Friday 28th August 2026
  • Saturday 29th August 2026
  • Sunday 30th August 2026

Shifts will be either 7am–4pm or 8am–6pm, depending on requirements.

Pay: £14 per hour


The Role

As a Barista, you’ll work within our busy coffee outlets at The Belfry, preparing and serving quality hot drinks while providing fast, friendly and efficient service to guests throughout the British Masters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of coffees and hot drinks.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain quality and consistency during busy service periods.
  • Operate tills and process payments accurately.
  • Replenish coffee, milk, cups and other supplies throughout service.
  • Keep workstations clean, organised and well presented.
  • Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with outlet setup and close-down.
  • Work closely with your team to deliver fast and efficient service during peak periods.

About You

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have previous Barista experience – this is essential.
  • Are available and able to work all five days of the event.
  • Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
  • Are comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
