Company Description

Walkers of Cupar is a family-run business founded in 1962 by George Walker, with over 60 years of experience in the upholstery trade. In 2023 we opened our cafe at 106 Bonnygate Cupar. We have created a regular custom through our reputation for excellent coffee. We are now looking for a part time barista to help us run the coffee shop.

Role Description

The Barista role at Walkers of Cupar is a part-time, on-site position based at our cafe in Cupar. The Barista will prepare and serve a range of coffees, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments, and providing a friendly and efficient service. The role also involves serving cake, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, restocking supplies, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The Barista will work closely with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and students attending upholstery courses.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
