About The Venue

22 Bishopsgate, one of London's most iconic workplace locations in the heart of the City, features The Market as its central food and beverage hub spanning 20,000 square feet on the second floor.

Operated exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Market brings together artisanal coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, diverse culinary options including the Market Kitchen brasserie and rotating food stalls, and vibrant bars like On Tap wine bar.

Role Purpose

Join our busy and vibrant coffee team at 22 Bishopsgate and bring your passion for great coffee and customer service to a high-profile environment. This is a fantastic Monday to Friday role offering work life balance in a fast-paced, professional setting.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our guests
  • Delivering friendly, efficient and engaging customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace at all times
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily service
  • Occasionally supporting in other outlets

What We Are Looking For

  • Hospitality experience essential, ideally within a barista or café environment
  • Passion for coffee and attention to detail in every cup
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting individually and as part of a team
