We’re looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Barista to join our team in King’s Cross, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment and wants to be part of a team that takes real pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing beautifully crafted coffees to recommending products and getting to know our regular customers, you’ll help make every visit a great one.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, speciality beverages and food to consistently high standards.
  • Create a warm, welcoming and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Build great relationships with regular customers and understand their preferences.
  • Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently recommend coffees, food and seasonal products.
  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service, even during busy periods.
  • Support sales by promoting products, offers and new additions to the range.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
  • Keep the coffee bar fully stocked, organised and ready for service.
  • Operate coffee and other equipment safely and correctly.
  • Support stock rotation, deliveries and waste management.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Retail Supervisor and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, cash handling and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in making people feel welcome.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • Previous experience in barista, café, hospitality, retail or customer service.
  • Experience working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
  • A genuine passion for coffee, food and great hospitality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues.
  • Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations.
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge, or a willingness to complete the necessary training.
  • Speciality coffee experience is desirable, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
