Barista – Costa Coffee at WHSmith
Royal Blackburn Hospital | 30 hours per week
As a Barista in Costa Coffee - WHSmith at Royal Blackburn Hospital, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to deliver fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
What being a Barista is all about:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every cup served.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold drinks, following Costa Coffee standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
- Supporting with stock replenishment and ensuring displays look great for our customers.
- Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive workplace.

Hours:
This position is for 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional overtime hours depending on business needs.
Due to the operating requirements of our Costa Coffee store at Royal Blackburn Hospital, full availability is required. Applicants must be able to work flexibly across different days and shifts.
