Rapha launched in 2004 to redefine cycling apparel. Today, progressive design and storytelling has built a global movement. We want to make cycling the most important sport in the world, by transforming the lives of millions; and we're on a mission to create the world’s greatest club through the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC).

Clubhouse Barista

This role is a unique position in an innovative retail environment for an individual with an equal passion for cycling and coffee. Working within the Clubhouse, you will play a key part in creating and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Rapha Clubhouses, which sit at the heart of Rapha and the RCC, have been created as inspiring meeting places for cycling communities to live and breathe the sport. We showcase live racing throughout the season, as well as hosting regular rides and events. Inside, you’ll find a retail space stocked with the latest Rapha products, limited edition Clubhouse items, and a café serving the finest coffee and food.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
