About The Venue

22 Bishopsgate, one of London's most iconic workplace locations in the heart of the City, features The Market as its central food and beverage hub spanning 20,000 square feet on the second floor.

Operated exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Market brings together artisanal coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, diverse culinary options including the Market Kitchen brasserie and rotating food stalls, and vibrant bars like On Tap wine bar.

Role Purpose

Join our dynamic team at Larch Café & Restaurant, located within the iconic Sky Garden, one of London's most unique dining destinations. Bringing together exceptional food, premium coffee, and spectacular city views, Larch offers a welcoming environment for both guests and team members alike. This is a fantastic 40-hour per week opportunity, providing an excellent work-life balance while working in a fast-paced, professional hospitality setting.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and refreshments to guests and visitors.
  • Delivering friendly, professional, and engaging customer service with every interaction.
  • Building rapport with regular guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the café.
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Taking pride in product quality, ensuring every drink is prepared to the highest standard.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous Barista experience is essential, ideally within a café, restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume customer-facing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high-quality beverages.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work efficiently and remain organised in a busy setting.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Good to know

This is a permanent 40-hour per week role, primarily working Monday to Friday, based at Larch Café & Restaurant, Sky Garden, and paying up to £15.71 per hour. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within one of London's most prestigious hospitality businesses while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
