We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join the team at a prestigious 5-star luxury resort located just outside Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a world-class hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and premium beverages to guests from around the world.
The Role
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages while providing outstanding guest service. Working within the resort's café, lounge, and food & beverage outlets, you will play an important role in creating a memorable luxury guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and hot beverages to 5-star standards.
- Operating and maintaining professional espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and engaging positively with guests.
- Ensuring consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Taking orders accurately and processing payments where required.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service areas.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and replenishment.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Recommending beverages, pastries, and other menu items to guests.
- Supporting colleagues across food and beverage operations during busy periods.
- Ensuring all guest interactions reflect the high standards expected within a luxury resort environment.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience is preferred.
- Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, café, or hospitality environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of espresso-based coffee preparation and milk texturing techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.
