GoodNews Job Description

GoodNews was born in Barcelona in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, with the purpose of bringing back good vibes. How? Reinventing newsstands as community hubs and sharing good news in exchange of free coffee.

Since then, we’ve managed to spread our Good Vibes across more than 35 spots in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam, and into over 2,000 homes and 100 offices. Our mission is to lead the revolution of coffee, matcha and functional beverages in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

We are growing fast and looking for authentic, positive people who share our values. But above all, we’re looking for sincere, motivated people… with really good vibes!

Your responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist and build customer loyalty with friendliness and warmth.
  • Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, following our recipes and techniques to ensure every drink meets our quality standards.
  • Introduce new products, launches and promotions to customers.
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties for the shop.
  • Keep the space clean, organized and aligned with GoodNews standards.
  • Restock and arrange products following brand guidelines.
  • Perform inventory counts and record goods receipts in-store.

  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
