We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team and help deliver amazing coffee and exceptional customer experiences every day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality, and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Barista experience in a high-volume café, coffee shop or hospitality environment is required
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A friendly and approachable personality
- A desire to develop new skills and grow your career

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other beverages to Pret standards
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction
- Maintaining excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency
- Supporting the team to ensure the shop is clean, organised and fully stocked
- Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and team members
- Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
