About Qube

The Qube is the world's first members' studio for content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members' club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co-working space.

Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, YouTubers, artists, photographers, and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. With four London sites open, home to a thriving community of hundreds of professional creators across the creative disciplines, we're now growing quickly to multiple exciting new venues. Our newest and most ambitious site opens in Shoreditch in 2026.

The Role

As Barista at Qube Shoreditch, you'll be behind the bar every weekday morning through to mid-afternoon, delivering high-quality coffee and drinks for our members and guests. You'll set the tone for the day, the first "wow, it's you" moment for a lot of members as they come in and grab their coffee before heading to their desk or studio.

This role is focused on coffee, drinks, and the bar/café area itself. You'll work closely with the Community team to keep the space running smoothly, but your core focus is quality, consistency, and warmth behind the bar.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
