Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Providing high-quality customer service—acting with a “customer comes first” mindset.
- Preparing consistent, delicious beverages in line with Starbucks’ recipe and presentation standards.
- Supporting store operations, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Assisting during high-volume periods to maintain smooth service.
- Creating a third-place environment—helping customers feel at home.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace for both customers and team members.
- Developing relationships with customers to understand their preferences.
