We’re excited to welcome you to our team as a Barista, where you’ll help create the Starbucks experience—delivering high-quality service, beverages, and products while fostering our beloved "third place" environment. What Does the Role Involve?
Baristas at Starbucks don’t just make coffee—they build relationships, create memorable moments, and contribute to our vibrant community. Here’s what a typical day could look like:

Operational Support:
- Assist with daily store procedures (opening/closing, cash handling, safety and security)
- Help maintain a clean and organised workspace for both customers and colleagues

Customer Connection:
- Deliver legendary customer service with a "customer comes first" mindset
- Anticipate and exceed customer expectations by getting to know their preferences
- Build genuine connections and create a welcoming, inclusive environment

Beverage Excellence:
- Consistently prepare high-quality Starbucks beverages, whole bean coffee, and food products
- Follow recipe and presentation standards to maintain our brand promise
