Café Barista
Perro is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team in King’s Heath, Birmingham. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and a range of hot and cold beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Preparing coffee
- Operating and maintaining coffee equipment
- Taking customer orders
- Processing payments
- Serving food and drinks
- Replenishing stock
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly
Ideal Candidate
- Previous barista experience
- Hands-on knowledge of coffee and brewing equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Weekend availability required

- Previous work experience as a Barista, with hands-on experience using professional coffee and brewing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, friendly, and professional approach to work.
