Café Barista

Perro is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team in King’s Heath, Birmingham. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and a range of hot and cold beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing coffee
  • Operating and maintaining coffee equipment
  • Taking customer orders
  • Processing payments
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Replenishing stock
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of coffee and brewing equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
  • Weekend availability
