Biography

Governor General of India.

From the description of Papers, 1802-1847. (Duke University Library). WorldCat record id: 19106260

Provisional Governor General from Cornwallis' death in 1805 until the arrival of Minto in 1807. Went to Madras as governor in 1807 until 1813.
