At 4 The Love of Barre, we believe movement has the power to transform both body and mind. We're a growing boutique barre fitness brand based in North London, dedicated to creating an uplifting, supportive community where every client feels empowered to become the best version of themselves.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Barre Instructors who are passionate about delivering exceptional classes and creating memorable client experiences.

The Role

As a Barre Instructor, you'll lead dynamic, inspiring classes that challenge and motivate our members in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll play a key role in building our community by delivering high-quality sessions that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident and energised.

  • Deliver engaging and professionally structured barre classes for groups of up to 20 participants.
  • Provide clear demonstrations, coaching and modifications suitable for all abilities.
  • Promote correct technique, posture and alignment to ensure safe and effective workouts.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and motivating atmosphere for every class.
  • Prepare and tidy the studio before and after sessions.
  • Represent the 4 The Love of Barre brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and warmth.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a recognised Barre qualification (essential).
  • Has a Pilates or ETM qualification (essential).
  • Holds Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of £2 million cover.
  • Is available to teach mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Is confident, energetic and passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
  • Is reliable, professional and thrives as part of a supportive team.
