Bars & Restaurant Manager – Rooftop– SE London – Up to £55,000
A rooftop with a view, and a menu to match
This is an epic NEW opening in September, I am on the lookout for a Bars & Restaurant Manager to lead the F&B operations for a brand-new rooftop venue in London. Think 250 seated covers, spectacular views, and a food and drink offering designed to match the setting. There's a strong events calendar already building, with annual revenue, so this is a genuinely exciting, high-volume site to help launch and shape from day one.
Why this role?
- Brand-new venue: shape the operations, standards, and culture from scratch, with no legacy systems to undo.
- Exciting group expansion: this is just the start, with more openings on the horizon for the right person to grow into.
- A high-profile rooftop with real footfall, real events business, and real ambition behind it, backed by a group that knows how to build exceptional venues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
